My experience with Hales has been awful. For a marketing firm that advertises themselves as "creative," they are neither. I called them on a simple project and it took them weeks to figure out how to design it, after multiple meetings and phone calls. Only after my company owned the project did we get a deliverable in place. Hales then over charged us. If you like: Delays in communication, Multiple meetings on simple details, Poor quality and Simple design skills...This is your firm. Otherwise...Avoid them.
