Overall Feedback:

My home was totally destroyed from Hurricane Michael. I called agency numerous times and no one ever called back. I finally got them on the phone and II asked to speak to my agent and was told he was on vacation., I had already left him several messages. I talked to one of the office people and was told I needed to call my insurance co. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers once you purchase insurance from them. Then las week I get an email asking if I wanted to renew my ins if my home was still standing. I would never recommend them.
