The worst internet, cable, and phone provider I have ever experienced. The cable is always in and out and the worst quality I have ever watched. The internet is constantly experiencing problems. The price is higher than most national providers but they have basically a monopoly in the area. The customer service is disgusting as they are always experiencing high call volumes. The answering service serves no purpose as they tell you to call every 5 - 10 minutes until you reach someone. As a business professional who works from home most days this is a turnoff to the area. Extremely dissatisfied.
