Firstly I did not receive a personalised response to my email query. But I went ahead and purchased the inflatable kayak backpack since I couldn’t find another suitable product from here in Australia. The item arrived promptly and seems to be well made. But the ergonomics of the design need to be improved. The weight sits far too low on the back to make it workable, and at the very least, should have a waist strap to assist with this. I am going to have to load the pack onto a trolley, which is what I was hoping to avoid. Again, I received no personalised response to my follow-up email.
