They have the worst customer service! If you have a problem they will leave you hanging and will not help you. Told your husband you are too much of a problem because you have a claim with no where to live. We had to spend $1600 to sleep in a hotel for over a week before anything was done. Call someone before you go to these crooks. Very rude!!!! I filled a BBB complaint against them.

I have been a loyal customer of ERIE Hayden Insurance since 2005.... 12 years! Their excellent customer service, willingness to help and effectiveness are hard qualities to come by these days. If I have a question or concern, I can call or email the staff at the office and they promptly respond. I have never had any concerns or unhappy moments with their office. I started out with one car insurance policy with Hayden Insurance and have now grown to multiple car policies, my homeowner's insurance as well as insurance coverage for my personal belongings that mean most to me. I have been so pleased, that I refer my friends and family to them often, many of which now have coverage through ERIE Hayden Insurance. Knowing that I can contact the local office or stop by on my way home from work with any issues that need to be addressed is very convenient and seeing a friendly face greet you each time you visit, makes it not feel like a hassle or a task I dread. I couldn't imagine switching to another company even if it meant a slightly cheaper rate....the customer service of the staff in this office and knowing I will always be taken care of without any doubts or hesitation, mean more to me than saving a couple of dollars. I can truly say that they treat their customers like friends and their friends like family. I look forward to continuing to do business with ERIE Hayden Insurance for many, many years to come.

ALWAYS have had a great experience over the last eight or nine years,customer service is next to none, staff has never NOT been able to answer any question or find a answer, recommend Hayden to people all the time.. you can buy insurance a thousand of places, you only get this kind of service at Hayden , if you have a problem here......it might be you

Avoid this business at all cost! Otherwise you are throwing your $ away towards no service and rude attitudes. Don't even consider Hayden Insurance, or Erie. Believe me you will regret it.
