Ill be giving them 1 star because I have called for over a month trying to get in touch with my caseworker, No calls back. No response. I call and talk to someone and tell them that I have a deadline for paperwork and have questions, and need to talk to someone and she rudely replies "I cant make them answer the phone all I can do is transfer" and sends me to supervisor. Worse service ever. If youre "health and human services" HELP your community.

Several years ago, my daughter was in early elementary school, I can write this now because of elapsed time. Some of the administration of Haywood County DSS, at that time, caused many harmful problems based upon complaints of a person, who had been diagnosed with severe mental problems, and the desire of DSS to be in charge and dictate regardless of facts. The problems caused by DSS, were harmful to my daughter at that time, my family, myself and even the person who had made the untrue complaints.and needed help . Thankfully after several years , the matter was heard in court and this matter with DSS was ended. They may be gone now (hopefully) and while many were involved, two of the ones most responsible for what I consider to have been undeniable incompetence and causing unnecessary problems were Pat Conklin and Al Hudson of Haywood County DSS.

Huge facility. Has medical and dental at that location. This is a very busy location. There is plenty of parking. It's handicap accessible. They have public restrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can take a long time to get seen by someone.

They are a joke they have one woman working the front that is rude and wants to act like no one should come in with a complaint. For over 2 months now I have been trying to get them to remove someone that they put on my stuff and I have no clue of who the person is they need to do something better then what they have been doing

Absolute worst customer service! Can't get a hold of anyone, have tried my caseworker for 2 weeks now. Nothing... Just need to change my address.
