Worked with HeadGear Plus for 3 or so years now and I must say that they are a pleasure to work with! They have provided our logo embroider on products that I have supplied which includes jackets, rain jackets, and hoodies. Easy to work with especially on re-orders, good pricing, good communication, good turn around time.

Super awesome staff, took the time to make a 9 yr old happy by embroidering his name on his jacket!! Everywhere else I looked they wouldn't give me the time of day because it was just the 1 jacket but Headgear cared more about making my son happy and took care of it quickly and professionally!

‎...hate to write this, but I feel that those in Petaluma need to know about Headgear Plus - the business we used to use for all our t-shirt, hat, sweats, etc..... Its just sad. We were a client for just under 10 years and have spent just over $20,000 with them....and in the spam of a week, they've lost our business. If you know anybody in Petaluma who either has used, will use or could use them, please pass along lest they be warned.There was no cause, concern or care for a longtime client on their part. The screens were mismanaged, the quotes were all over the board, the billing was wrong, at one point, we were gauged $150 for something that costs $10 (as stipulated on past invoices and work orders). In the end, the products weren't even right. Please understand, this isn't a case of sour grapes - they were great to work with for a good number of years. Sadly, the owner has seen high turnover due to his treatment of employees and longtime clients are feeling the effects.Please be warned - you'll be asked to pay insanely high set up charges, will have to triple check the order (and then triple check it again) and even then, they'll try to sneak something by you in the end.They used to be our "go to" for our organization...now they're watching us "go away"
