I want to be clear about this there is only one person i actually like that works at Heakin, and that's Linda. Linda is always trying to help me out with great reviews on products and moves. The rest of the staff piss me off to no end. I've been called in promised one thing only to find out that they gave it to someone else and I waste time here for a mere few dollar surveys. Sure it's good if you're like three dollars short on something, but my time is more valuable than three dollars when i was originally promised a number in the double digits. That is not the reason for this review though. I just received a call form Linda which I missed, so I called back as requested in the voicemail. Someone answers by the name of Justin and I tell him i'm returning a call from Linda. The response in return? We don't have a Lena on staff. "No I said Linda." he continues to tell me that there isn't a Lena until he finally hears me properly and then says. "Oh she's not in she'll have to call you back." He takes down my information and just hangs up on me. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. the only reason this place even gets two stars is because Linda as a person is worth at least that much. Her service is outstanding. Everyone else not so much.
