Client Review on HealthMarkets Insurance Agency - Ken Duley

DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! They said I could enroll and have my payment come out on the 31, and then when thay asked for payment and I gave them my debit card , they said it would be 24-48 hours after today that my health insurance would come out. When I said that won’t work, Ken Dully places me on hold, and took another call!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THIS PERSON AT ALL COST!!! Part 2. (5 days after), I get a nasty text from Ken Dulley. No phone call, no follow up, no apology, no sincereness at all! Just a defensive text message. He didn’t have the guts to call me and talk directly to me. I tell you what, Ken Dulley does not care at all about his prospective clients, and he only cares about selling policies that are unaffordable, and getting your money for his commission! Then he had the guts to ask me to change my google review!! So here is my changed review. Please, please, please do not deal with this person. His customer service tactics are pathetic!! I really, really, really hate leaving reviews like this, and only do it if I feel it’s necessary, and after my dealing with Ken Dulles this was indeed necessary as a warning to all prospective clients. Hopefully he will work on his customer service and client relation skills, or have someone else handle it for him!
