Getting in contact with customer care is a nightmare. They cannot be called and they immediately assumed that I was at fault for my failure to participate in a promotion I bought into as a consumer. As a result I will not be using the services of the company that HelloWorld represents and wi not recommended anyone use HelloWorld to promote or market their business. *UPDATE I called the Detroit facility. The operator said she would connect me after I gave her a correct extension and she proceeded to put me on hold then hang up on me.

In the process of trying to get a time sensitive prize I won and they are taking 2 to 3 days between email responses. I'm not going to get the tickets in time. They better just cut me a check for the value then.

Awful. I've had to work with them through several promotions through different companies. It's always the same: If you call for assistance, you get a message saying to email them or leave a message and they'll call you back, which they never do. Ever. I've never gotten a real person on the phone. If you email, you'll be waiting upwards of 5 days for each response. You'll be lucky to receive whatever it is you're supposed to get. Now, whenever I see promotions sponsored by them, I automatically skip it. These people need to learn how important customer service is, because as it stands they have basically zero.

I won a trip in a Marlboro sweepstakes and Hello World is the company that handles the prizes for them, the prize that we won was significant and we had a few questions regarding more information on it. There is a declaration page that has to be signed and returned within 7 days, so I googled hello world to see about contacting them, I found that no one ever answers the phone except machines so you can leave a message and it said to reply back to the initial email stating the prize, so I did, this is all on the same day that we received the email. Two days later I received an email asking what questions we had, I replied within 20 mins of that email and I am typing this on day 6 of the 7 and have heard nothing. There was a weekend in the 7 day time period and they are closed, but since my reply, I had attempted to call...left a message and sent 3 more emails...still nothing. Makes a person quite apprehensive of accepting a prize and submitting personal info to a company that has no customer service what so ever. Posting review for other potential winners. Beware.....UPDATE: We were contacted the day after our time limit to accept prize. They were very nice, extended our time period and seems as if, expedited things, as we had a travel agent contact us within a week..after a couple more emails from us. Happy to now say....we are looking forward to traveling!
