If you want to get better don't go here. The staff doesn't care at all. I have been to their 4720 location more than once to see the psychiatrist, who doesn't even care enough to look at me. I am currently unemployed so money is extremely limited because he wanted to put me on more medication. He told me that it doesn't cost that much, well for someone with no income everything cost a lot. If you have insurance and can afford it, go to private care. To feel like you're nothing is a terrible feeling. But hey you don't have money, you can be treated anyway they want.

My appointment was at 4pm they called a day before to reschedule which already inconvenienced me. So I chose 11am. I was seen 11:45 very displeased. I already had to wait a month for the appointment. Smh!!

Been here since 9:15 am it's now 11:17 am. Still haven't seen the therapist for our 9:30 appointment. 2 women at the front are very patient and friendly but this place is so damn slow. If you have all day to waste then this would be the place to go. BTW THERE'S ONLY 3 ppl in the waiting room. SMH

If I could give zero stars I would, they give zero FUC#KS about patients mental states and act like they dont have time for anything, they will see u once then transition u with a apt 3 mo out somewhere else.. I was given a high dose of effexor, a medication u cant quit cold turkey, I'm having brain zaps, headache, twitching, etc, etc. I call for a simple refill and they tell me I'm basically screwed, after 3+ mo on the med u cant quit cold Turkey.

I was sent here by a therapist for suicide risk. The psychologist who assessed me could not stop talking about himself and his political views. He asked me if I was bird watching when I told him I had hung off a 17th story balcony. He was also informed that I wasn't eating and had overdosed on medication. He told me dead serious that it was all okay because I'm young. I'm wondering at what age life threatening behavior becomes not okay. I was hospitalized less than a month later for suicide risk and later force fed, but I guess it's okay because I'm young.
