I bought a new high end wheel balancer for upwards of $8000.00 several years ago and I could not balance wheels, for nearly two years of service calls they finally fixed it.They sent me bills totaling $1434.00. There customer service will not call me back and they are threatening to put me into collections. Never again will I buy a piece of equipment from Hennessy, Coates, Ammo, or Base Line.There plenty of other manufactures to purchase equipment from and stand behind there products
