My experience with Henry Nicholas and more specifically Rhiannon has been thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. They are passionate, dedicated and genuinely want to help you in your career. Highly recommend.

Feedback:

John Austin and the team have been very determined and professional and have kept me very well informed throughout the process. Thank you very much.

Feedback:

Have been so impressed with Henry Nicholas and specifically Tony Allen. Working with Tony during my shortlisting/interview process has been an absolute pleasure (I was offered the job, but would feel the same either way!) I found him to be -- Efficient (does what he says he's going to do, super responsive to emails/texts) - Supportive (Yes he is ultimately working for the client, but I felt like he had my back, offered loads of great advice, asked good questions, and wanted the best for me)- Genuine (no BS, always appreciated!)- Personable (we struck up a great rapport from the first call and I really enjoyed speaking with him)Thanks so much Tony, and I hope our paths cross again in the future!

Feedback:

Do not approach these people if you're disabled; especially if your autistic, have OCD or similar Neurodivergent conditions. Essentially if the recruiter does something to upset you like demand you disclose hate crimes you've lived through or why there's gaps on your CV (despite the incredibly poor employment figures for any people on the spectrum) they will use any upset they've caused as justification for blocking you from roles - even when they've not asked anything about whether you could/could not do the job. You then try to complain, they openly say they won't do anything, that it's all about what the client wants and that they're right to upset disabled people. Hell, I had a long phone call with their MD who basically tried to make out I was saying "because I'm autistic I should be shortlisted regardless", despite me explaining to him repeatedly it was actually "when you chose to ignore the nature of a disability intentionally, then due to ignorance or other factors you really upset someone, and then use the upset you've caused as justification to block out and blame that same person (as I was told it's my fault for being out of work - even though it was due to an hate crime I survived), you've done something very wrong". Likewise I would express concerns over any protected characteristic with these people, as apparently they believe all disabilities are equal and all impact the exact same way. Something many Autistic people will have heard countless times throughout their life and no is wholly false.
