HLM and their team have been amazing for my business. They have designed a clear, concise website for my nanny agency, Perfect Nanny Match. They helped me with writing the copy, gave great suggestions on the layout/feel and have checked in with me at regular intervals to make sure I'm happy. I like having a point of contact. They've even answered my tech questions that I'm pretty sure they didn't even need to, for free!I purchased their lowest SEO package almost a year ago. It seems like this invisible thing that won't help since you don't even really know what they are doing behind the scenes) but let me tell you! This service has DOUBLED my leads, and they are more quality leads now. This has been a game changer for my business. They are not the cheapest company out there, but you are paying for quality. You have a whole team of smarty pants at your disposal, which for a small business owner such as myself, is necessary. Thanks HLM for all you've done for me and my company.

I would recommend to any small business to use HLM. They do amazing work and really work with you to produce an end result that shines. I first had HLM help update my greenhouse website back in 2016 and the customers couldn't complement enough on how great the site was. Now in 2019 I had them help us update another website and it's really brought that aspect of business to the current standards.The project teams they put together are amazing and very friendly. They talk through every aspect and brought up things we didn't even think about. Again would highly recommend and I am grateful for their knowledge and creativity to produce two wonderful sites.

Recently, while I have been navigating some new web transitions in my company, Jennifer has gone above and beyond to make sure those transitions go smoothly. She takes the time to review stats with me weekly- so that we’re not just reviewing what has been happening but we’re staying ahead of the game. She helps me to build an online marketing strategy so that we’re constantly improving and growing. Stay far, far away from this dishonest company. This company is selling templated websites and lying to customers by saying they're "custom" built. Their “5 Star Rating” they pride themselves on is greatly due to incentives for employees to get reviews, both from people who have experienced the company’s work and those who haven’t.
