My family has been using the 100/100 plan for approximately 3 years without issue. I work from a home office in a technology role and spend many hours a day every day on the internet. We stream the usual services, run many IOT devices and my experience has been consistently very good. Internet access here is as dependable as water and electricity.

You get what you pay for. This internet service sometimes just decides when it doesn’t want to work. Went a whole 3 days without internet because they charge you $100 to help you on weekends. Some customer server... I asked to be compensated for the days I didn’t have internet and they’re being a drag about it.

Feedback:

Good during the day, but during high traffic time it's crashes. With no one to alert without an "after hours fee" you just have to leave a message and wait days until they finally call back. Annoying

Perfect. I use late night. Never down even for a minute and I had service for over a year.
