This is a nice library appearance-wise, but the customer service is far from friendly. Most workers (not all) always seem to be in a bad mood and are looking to clock out. They turn the computers off earlier than closing and mention it to each and every customer in a nasty tone with a look of satisfaction and spite in their voice. It's not a "customer friendly" library and this is all related to the staff, starting from the manager down.You would figure that the library is a happy environment, but the staff, especially the manager, turns it into a negative experience.They also have a habit of closing due storms that are not as bad as it appears for perhaps...a day off ...at the expense of the customers. Roads can be clear and the library will close anyway.The last place that a person should feel unwelcome is at the library, but that's the way that it feels. There are many other jobs available. If you don't like your job, find a different one. Customers shouldn't have to deal with the backlash of the employee not liking their job. I'm so disappointed with this place:(
