We first started at this hotel in 2012 and can honestly say the service and standards have been consistently fantastic. We stayed for a week in late August this year. I left behind a very expensive item in the room when we checked out. When I got home I rang the hotel and spoke to a lady called yann at reception. Within 5 minutes she rang me back to say she had found the product in question and would be happy to post it back to me in England! That was Monday and by the next Monday the product arrived to me safely. What amazing fantastic service. Yann went over and above the call of duty. Thankyou so much.
