Feedback:

Brought my 3 year old in with possible head injury. Triaged him then sent us to the lobby where we wasted almost an hour before a nurse came to tell us their CT machine was down. Don't understand why it took so long to clue us in on that? Then we were told we needed to drive to another ER. So much time wasted. I've heard multiple reports of this. Maybe they need to invest in new equipment?
