I went in here for a friend to pick up a registration so my friend could get the loan on the car he had bought. He took the money out of his bill money believing he'd get the money the next business day. He just needed the registration. I asked about it and was told that it was just dropped off within the last hour and that it wouldn't be ready until at least the next day but probably 2 days. I asked why it would take so long and told the lady that my friend needed it to get his money from the lien holder (finance company). The lady was extremely rude saying "well that's not going to happen" and after I asked why it would take so long (there's a long line of people in there), she was raising her voice so everyone in the place could hear, she said something like (getting even louder) "because I have cancer treatments tomorrow and I'm not going to be here, that's why!" Was I supposed to know all of this information before and she sounded annoyed and angry because I was asking stupid questions? I don't know the process of these things or that the lady has cancer. I'm sorry to hear that she has cancer but why does she seem to be taking it out on me? F*%king RUDE! I had nothing but nice things to say about this place before but that was completely UNCALLED FOR!
