After Kerry Flinn from Remax Wagga managed to let a nice little villa turn into a dump hole within one year when he was in charge for renting out and taking care and for that reason the property was not sellable for a reasonable price, we asked Sue Newbigging from Hore and Davis for help. Sue was deeply shocked, when she saw what condition the villa was in and ordered a big inside and outside cleanup for the house. After that she had no problems to sell the house for a proper price.
