If you want rest and meet new friends, that place is the best, with latin heat and a big hart. It is a very comfortable place with good amenities, has a garden, kitchen, bathrooms with provacity and hot water. ||You will be in peace and happy

The dorms are laid out in a dark and humid room, the bed frames are old and infested by bedbugs. During the night I was waken up by itching all over my body, which obviously was not mosquitos but rather insects. From my previous experience it could be bedbugs, I got up immediately and found them. I took pictures as above. I moved all my things into the living room and got only a little nap on the benches because there was no Hostal administration anywhere to be found and I don’t know where to find them. In the morning I showed the owner the dead bugs, he appears to be surprised (but you can see the signs in the Hostal saying “it’s forbidden to use your sleeping bag” so obviously it’s not the first time it happened. He said he will refund me one night stay (but in the end he didn’t refund me anything at all later in the day when I took my back packs.) the terrible experience is more than what a days price could cover, other than feeling itching all over and went to pharmacy to buy medicine and antihistamine, I have to wash everything, I didn’t have any energy for the tour I booked the second day, feeling exhausted in heat, and worst of all in the end of the day owner didn’t even stick to his words to give me refund - I didn’t sleep on the bed at all - I got up in the midnight only after 20 minutes! Overall I really regret the owner treat the guests in such a dismissive way, and I think I should leave this negative feedback to warn other travellers to stay away from this Hostal. Once a hostal is infested by bedbugs, the owner have to close the Hostal and clean everything before he accept guests again. The bedbugs are an hard issue to solve and I hope it does not happen to anyone else.
