Staff is very lovely, room is large and clean. The majority of rooms do not allow for a lakeside view despite being advertised. Pool is tiny and there are no private terraces - again despite being advertised. Breakfast is nothing special, but allright. Dinner is a joke. Small portions and the promised dessert buffet doesn't exist. It's only a few steps to the lake, so that's a plus. Just doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel, more like 3.
