The hotel, staff, rooms all great just other guests let this hotel down. Some very rude, arrogant people who think its ok to push their way in take the food from the bowls until theres none left then discard it without touching it. Shame on them!! Spoils a lovely hotel who put a lot of effort into the place. Shout out to the manager Manuel what an asset he is
