(Translated by Google) The elevator broke on Saturday night and we had to climb the 6 floors with some of the luggage and the two sleeping children in their arms. A chance that all the luggage had already been ridden in the afternoon. We did not receive any help getting the baggage up from the front desk and no one was available to help people get the luggage to their room. The next morning, the elevator still stuck, I went down and up the 6 floors 5 times to bring the luggage to the car, and again there, no help from anyone. Only sorry people. We did not even get a discount on the cost of the room which cost us $ 250. The service at the front desk was ordinary, the girl always sitting having lunch at the counter with her brushing the day before; the following would be good for a renovation, the toilet is not fixed to the ground; one ticket for brunch while we were two adults, and so on. Le service de la réception était ordinaire, la fille toujours assise en train de déjeuner au comptoir avec son brushing de la veille; la suite serait bonne pour une rénovation, la toilette n'étant pas fixée aux sol; un seul billet pour le brunch alors que nous étions deux adultes, et j'en passe. Pour un 4 étoiles, on a déjà vu mieux.
