Stayed June / July 2019 on an Inghams holiday package.Lovely comfortable and relaxed hotel. Good selection of cold buffet for breakfast, packed lunch everyday (including on the way home) we really liked the ability to pack our own so we could choose what and how much we wanted. 3 course evening meal plus a drink also included, enjoyed the food every day. Staff very friendly, all could speak English, manageress was particularly supportive and caring. Room and hotel was clean with lovely views from balcony and dinning room.Saas-Fee pass gives free access to all the lifts and buses except for the top of the highest, the upgrade ticket is worthwhile as it also gives access to the ‘ice palace’Overall a great holiday, also great value for Switzerland as we spent very little additional money.
