Apart from the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters and maitre d ... for the rest we are not right. Food of sufficient quality however not from 4 stars. Since the parking lot was small and our car was obstructed by other vehicles, we asked the courtesy to move some vehicles in order to get out. The gentleman at the reception answered us in an annoyed tone that it was a problem but that he would move the machines to get us out. After about thirty minutes we finished dinner and on leaving we found the gentleman at the reception desk with our car keys. After an initial hesitancy ... the keys were returned to us. Result??? Our car had a very evident dent that was not there half an hour before. The reception lord tried to justify himself by reporting that it was a "truck" dent. What is obviously false. Called the director, he ordered the aforementioned gentleman to try to clean the dent with a patch. In the evening we paid the bill and despite what happened at the start we were asked for the final balance of 6 euros. Miseries. A parte la gentilezza e disponibilità dei camerieri e del maitre...per il resto non ci siamo proprio. Cibo di qualità sufficiente comunque non da 4 stelle. Visto che il parcheggio era piccolo e la nostra auto era ostruita da altri veicoli chiedevamo la cortesia di spostare alcuni veicoli per poter uscire. Il signore della reception ci rispondeva con tono infastidito che era un problema ma che cmq avrebbe provveduto a spostare le macchine per farci uscire. Dopo circa trenta minuti terminavamo la cena e uscendo trovavamo il signore della reception con le chiavi della nostra macchina. Dopo un’iniziale titubanza... ci venivano riconsegnate le chiavi. Risultato??? La nostra auto presentava una evidentissima ammaccatura che mezz ora prima non c era. Il signore della reception tentava di giustificarsi riferendo che si trattava di ammaccatura “da camion”. Cosa ovviamente falsa. Chiamato il direttore lo stesso ordinava al suddetto signore di cercare di pulire L ammaccatura con una pezza. Alla sera pagavamo il conto e nonostante quanto successo alla partenza ci veniva richiesto il saldo finale pari a 6 euro. Miserie. Mai più
