On the return trip at 3 in the morning we arrive at the hotel having a printed reservation of € 142 and at the reception they tell us that instead they get € 178 so they give us a preauthorization for that amount by returning there the next morning to discuss it with a other ... For me it is inconceivable! I personally wouldn't go back. Essendo un Novotel ci si aspetta di meglio: pulizia approssimativa se non insufficiente e nel nostro caso abbiamo chiesto una culla sia all'andata che al ritorno quindi per ben due volte è arrivata una culletta senza materasso dicendoci che era così! Non so se ci farebbero dormire i loro figli sul ferro degli assi! Io mi sono arrangiato a creare un materasso con i cuscini del divano per entrambe le visite in questo hotel. Al viaggio di ritorno alle 3 di notte arriviamo in albergo avendo una prenotazione stampata di €142 e in reception ci dicono che invece a loro risulta 178€ quindi ci fanno una preautorizzazione per quell'importo rimandando c'è la mattina successiva per discuterne con un altro... Per me è inconcepibile! Personalmente non ci tornerei. Una nota invece molto positiva e il fatto che si può lasciare la macchina gratis nello spiazzo dell'hotel (non custodito) per tutta la durata del volo
