Le jacuzzi était malheureusement en maintenance depuis quelques jours deja et donc fermé pour un laps de temps non définit !!. Quelle déception, d'autant plus que nous avions fait la réservation de notre séjour directement par téléphone et que l'hôtesse d'accueil ne nous l'avait pas signalé. Nous avions également réservé deux modelages relaxant auprès de votre esthéticienne qui d'ailleurs a été très professionnelle lors des soins bien être. Dommage toutefois qu'aucun geste commercial de votre part n'ait été fait, pour un hotel haut de gamme 4 étoiles privilegiant le bien être des clients... d'autant plus que nous sommes fidèles clients du groupe Hôtels Oceania.
