Thank you for your response,Unfortunately I have to inform you that I would not write this if I was not 100% sure of it. I'm also not the only person who has had this problem at your hotel as you can see if you read the other comments on staying at your hotel. I certainly didn't bring the bed bugs out of the bus, because this was not the first hotel we stayed in, we were previously in a hotel where there were no problems with bed bugs, I also have proof that these bugs were there-I took a picture and on the internet you can see that they really look like this so it is for sure that you have bed bugs in your hotel. Also, the blood on the sheets was there when we arrived. There were bugs on every bed in the room. I'm really sorry, but I think you will have to take more care of hygiene and this problem if you do not want your guests to be dissatisfied and have big problems after staying at your hotel. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel with 4 stars.Best regards, Jovana.
