The staff are absolutely wonderful. So friendly and kind. Marie especially was gentle and very helpful. She is amazing. Hotel tastefully decorated, very clean.and the breakfasts very very good. Our rooms were great and we loved the little garden for coffee or a glass of wine. We recommend very very highly. Thank you to all staff. We could not have been in better hands after our emergency stay. We will return, such a beautiful city too.

Une Bande d'escrocs...Concernant la Chambre rien à dire mis à part le parquet qui craque sous la moquette ce qui est extrêmement désagréable car on entend les voisins marcher; la restauration de cet hôtel tient plus de l à-peu-prés et de la poudre aux yeux.Par ailleurs on peu noter une réelle malhonnêteté de la part de la direction qui du fait de mon passage pour la deuxième fois, m'a attribué une chambre supérieure mais se rattrape en me faisant payer un emplacement de parking 13 euros, hors que j'avais précisé que je mettrai mon véhicule dans la rue si je devais payer..... eh bien la direction ne se gène pas elle s'est servi de ma carte bancaire quelques jours après mon départ, et m'à débité de 13 euros sans prendre la peine de me téléphoner.Je trouve ce comportement pas du tout commerçant et surtout très malhonnête.Lorsque j'ai appelé aucune excuse avec une façon de vous répondre qui surprend.Futurs clients soyez vigilants avec de tels individus.Vraiment je ne peux que déconseiller cet établissement.je ne pensais pas qu'on pouvait avoir ce comportement vis à vis d'une clientèle confiante, c'est de l'escroquerie

Décoration soignée, acceuil chaleureux, très bonne literie, très bon petit déjeuné. Seul petit bémol pour l'isolation phonique des chambre en rdc.
