Zimmer sind nicht gleich ausgestattet bzw. wie im Internet angegeben. Es gibt renovierte und sehr renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer nich mit altem Teppichboden. Auf diese Differenzierung wird bei der Bestellung jedoch nicht hingewiesen! Kinderpreise zu hoch und keine Kinderspielecke bzw. Spielplatz auf dem Hotelgelände. Unterschiedliche Preise/Rabatte beim Fango und Aerosol mit 3 x oder 6 x, was bei der Abrechnung nicht automatisch berücksichtigt wird.
