Very knowledgeable and adept in their profession. Great feed back. regular updates and project planning was excellent. Timescale's were adhered to even with some issues to overcome and the all important cost was good value and carries an avenue of support into the future. The only negative is - Glens jokes are abit rubbish ! OVERALL> BigThumbsUp*****

After looking for local web designers in Solihull we came across Hotlobster Design. I was immediately drawn to their website which has a very welcoming feel, something we wanted our own site to have. They provided all the services we were looking for (Web Design, SEO, Social Media & Print) and more importantly they needed to know their stuff! From our first meeting we felt confident that Hotlobster Design would create us the website our business needed to move our business to its next level – websites can be the first introduction to a client so must give the right message. Our site albeit not complicated required time to design and Glenn and his team were incredibly patient paying attention to the slightest detail. I can honestly say that they are now part of the Lee Scolding Hairdressing Team so welcome aboard Hotlobster Design.

We engaged with Hot Lobster earlier this year as we needed a new, professional website delivered for our business MAZ Service and Repair Ltd. We found Glenn, Bryn and Michael very approachable and understood what we were looking for and able to explain things in layman terms as opposed to anything too "techy". Will definitely recommend Hot Lobster to anyone looking for a new website etc.

We at Hot Rod Publishing have been a customer of Glenn O'Connor's (now Hotlobster Design) for 15 years. Hotlobster produce print-ready layouts for two magazine titles, NZ Hot Rod magazine and Rodding USA, plus creative collaterals for adverts etc. During that time we've been delighted with the creative, the price and the service. We haven't missed a deadline...EVER! Highly recommended.
