After working here for 2 years I experienced unkind management who only care about money and lack integrity. Jobs are rushed through regardless of imperfections.Extremely high levels of bullying culture here is common and everyday. I witnessed some incredible displays of rudeness towards creative staff for no justifiable reason. You will be expected to gather together as a team and stand for 20 minutes while the company directors deliver speeches on their birthdays and pat each other on the back. This type of self congratulatory behaviour has no benefit other than the enlargement of a minority of egos. Deliberately obtuse and unfeeling HR department and general management leaves one feeling completely demoralised, unmotivated and unappreciated.
