Absolutely horrible scheduling and receptionists, but the counselors couldn’t see a mental health emergency if it were staring them in the face. And if they can, they don’t care

Receptionist are always straight faced and unwelcoming/rude like. Stood in line for awhile they where on the phone and then told me I need to cancel my appointment because "I'm late". I was on time but had to wait for them. Also some of their providers are very rude and disrespectful!

Made it on the deadline time amd was still denied service!! The receptionist was extremely rude and could care less about the fact ive been off my meds for two week's. Do not go here unless it is you last choice at help!!
