This review is for the management at this location. We requested an ocean front room when we made the reservation. We own 3 time shares and we have been coming to this location for a long time and always looking forward to it. When we arrived at 12 PM , we noticed there is a lot of construction and noises. We asked the manager if we can get a room with ocean view and away from the construction. He said unfortunately it is first come first serve and they can not do that and there is no ocean front room available. Not only that , he also gave us a room with constant noise and construction with a guy showing up on my bedroom window out side at 7:30 Am, painting the exterior. We noticed at nights almost 60% of the ocean front rooms were all dark and empty. Extremely disappointed and upset with HYATT customer service.
