After failing to sell our home with a realtor in 2016 we signed up for For Sale By Owner with IA Homes early in 2017. After working with Tim and Mike and IA Homes we listed our house and accepted an offer after just one open house! We never realized by going FSBO we would actually be getting MORE support than our relator provided, and all of this without paying any realtor commissions!! IA Homes are the best - CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!
