Very american style company, it works as a cooperation. Full of rules and crapy policies, they make millions a year and they still wanna reduce costs on departments. Work is based on repetition and very challenged sometimes.The salary is good for Portugal, but it has a very tense environment. They will give you a verbal warning for very little thing you do wrong or simply by not meeting the company objectives.Was good to adquire a bit more knowledge and experience, but I wouldnt recommend to work there.
