Rip off, rip off, rip off. I don't take giving these reviews lightly but buyer beware. I got suckered into these guys and their motto was 'we can give you more for less'. What a joke! Before ever starting with Ideahaus I specifically asked what they would charge for negotiating my media rates (radio ads, TV etc.) and they said it was included in their yearly fee. So, of course the trusting person I am, I moved forward with there $2,500 + $2,500 + $5,000 process of evaluating my business. End result, the $10,000 really in my mind got me nothing more then a list of things to change ( website, social media, branding etc.) at a very huge expense. But what really got me was that the media negotiations was NOT part of the yearly fee, it was 15% plus 3% for any changes. My over-all calculations at the end of the day comparing them to my current marketing company was that Ideahaus would be close to $100,000 more per year than the other company. OOOOOPPPPs. So, at the end of the $10,000 process I found that what I was told wasn't true and I'm out $10,000 and basically I received NOTHING other than what I could have done through a smaller local agency for a fraction and I mean fraction of the cost. It is absolutely not my intent to ever hurt anyone in a review but I was misinformed at the start and feel ultimately BURNED!! Please read every last word of their very confusing fine print before losing money with this company.
