Former Employee of Ideal positions for about 4 years. I was on the sales team and stayed for 4 years because the training and experience were invaluable and opened doors for me. As a sales person it was important to be able to believe in what it was that I was selling. What helped me bring new clients to the business was knowing that whether a client went to Sara, Patrick, Jeff or any other of the technicians they would be taken care of and treated like family. Aside from the technical knowledge and years of perfecting the craft the secret ingredient to my clients success was the love and care that was put into each and every account that we managed. I have made friends for life here and wish the team continued success!
