As managed buildings go, this one is rather poor. A resident has taken it upon themselves to perform the role of the building trickster, putting washing up liquid in the kettle, hot water in the teabag caddy, whole toilet rolls in the cisterns etc. The building management response? "Ahh, that's unfortunate". When pressed for further action given we were paying reasonable rent to be there, the sum of their efforts was a half-arsed email to all residents asking the culprit to stop...
