I work in a small company of 11 employees. Many IT companies don't really want to work for smaller companies because they make more money with the larger ones. I have had a connectivity problem for SEVEN years now & every time I would tell other IT companies we had hired previously that something was wrong, they would basically blame it on us needing a faster internet speed or look at me like I was crazy & treat me as if I were making the problem up because of course like a car won't act up when you take it to the mechanic to be fixed; my computer issue would not rear its ugly head when the IT guys would come into the office. We thought we had hired a great company last year to address all of our IT needs only to find out that the company that had sold us on being proud to work for smaller firms had decided to merge with another IT company that only wants to really deal with the larger corporations 8 months into working for us. We also felt as if we had been taken advantage of by that company because we were told to purchase equipment that was quite costly only to find out a couple of months after the purchase that this equipment was not the right size equipment for our office so we were out almost $1,000.00 alone for that equipment that never worked properly. Worst of all after telling the company that it was never working right, they waited until it was too late to return the product. As a result, we were once again on the lookout for a new IT company. I had honestly lost all faith in IT companies because of our past experiences & so had pretty much all of the other employees here at the firm. I had the "Expect the worst & you can't be disappointed BUT give them a chance anyway attitude" because we still need someone to help us out & we were going to have to find somebody to address our basic needs. After interviewing several companies, Igniting Business came in & was the most professional & knowledgeable from the very start. (Unlike one business who literally sent over a guy in wrinkled clothing that looked like he had just rolled out of bed from a night of partying & threw on the closest thing laying in the floor of his dorm who knew absolutely NOTHING about IT services. (This guy just came in, pulled out his phone & dialed a number so some guy in Iowa could try to "sell" us their business...you just can't make some of this stuff up.) We advised Ben Seidel with Igniting Business of all our needs & Ben came up with a great plan that would address those needs at not only a fair price, but it was the BEST services for the BEST price all around so we accepted it. We were then placed with Don Sides who I must say is such a breath of fresh air because he cares about his work and is so knowledgeable. Don is kind, caring and very understanding of the fact that we don't speak the IT language but we try our best to communicate any issues we have with him. Not only does he listen to what we are saying, he actually addresses each problem instead of ignoring them, passing them off to someone else or wasting our time & charging us for additional equipment that isn't necessary, etc. Don came in to do his monthly maintenance for our office yesterday & had sent us an e-mail requesting to be notified of any issues that may need to be addressed so I sent him an e-mail advising of my issue. Within less than 10 minutes of sitting at my computer, he solved my problem that NO OTHER IT COMPANY HAD BEEN ABLE TO DO IN SEVEN YEARS confirming that I was not crazy & making the connectivity issue up. Yes, this review is lengthy, but I felt it was necessary to make you understand the frustration our office has had to deal with using other companies before & only 3 months into our service with Igniting Business, almost all of our problems have been addressed & resolved. Our office has plans to completely upgrade to fiber optic cables in the Spring that should resolve the remaining issues we are facing & we are thrilled with them. Everyone in our office is happy with the service we are getting with Igniting Business. We highly recommend them.

Ben Seidel has done an incredible job building his company from the ground up, so when it was time to update our website it was a no brainer to hire them. They were extremely professional and detailed throughout the entire process. Our finished product is absolutely beautiful.
