IM has an excellent team. I've enjoyed workign with them and they have done an outstanding job. Some very unconventional thinking and out-of-the-box strategy. Excellent at helping our office retain more of the people contacting us and also increasing the amount of those contacts. Gets projects done on time, has a great team that seems to have skills in just about everything. Never felt nickled-and-dimed. And just a pleasant and enjoyable partner to work with. The legal work is tough enough, it's nice to have help in the non-legal aspects that you can trust and rely on.
