Incredibly rude, in the middle of explaining what I needed they hung up on me. When I called back, the next person I spoke to was also rude and didn't care about my previous incident. He told me that if I didn't vocalize what I wanted fast enough that the person I spoke to originally may have thought I was a Salesmen. Save your money and go to Fedex. Their customer service is terrible; hire new staff.

We used Image Ink to print out multiple images of a large commercial roof our company is replacing in Newington, on two types of material (including a study canvas we can actually bring on the roof & use for planning). We ordered the prints around 3pm and they were done & ready for pickup at 9am the next morning and they look great! They were very friendly & efficient on the phone and in person. Good luck getting service and turnaround like that from anyone else.
