Image Signs (operating as 'Image IS Signs'?) has no customer service standards. After working with Michael for over 2 months on a sign quote, I was never able to successfully interpret a single, concise quote for a small sign that lights up for my coffee shop. I was threatened with a lawsuit after I decided to choose a professional sign company outside of the Rockford area. I had not made any agreements (either verbal or in writing), but I received several threatening emails from Michael.It's a shame that Image IS Signs lacks the capacity to complete a sign.
