I have used Signs Now for many years, the price and quality are the best we've found in Northern Colorado. Their equipment is state of the art and they have capabilities that no other sign company in the area has. The customer service on the other hand is probably the worst I have ever experienced. The first point of contact is unpleasant and unaccommodating. Rachael has been very rude to myself and my colleagues more often than not. We get a lot of "no" and very little direction or guidance. There are a couple of other ladies who are very pleasant to work with but we only work with them on occasion when Rachael is out. Sadly, the main contact for anyone who walks through the front door or calls will be greeted by someone who makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. We have been using another local sign company for many of our projects as of lately, but we do miss the quality we received from Signs Now.
