We used Image360 for a large rush order. When we picked up our order we found that the posters were a dark purple vs. a navy blue that we were expecting. The team explained the error was due to our branding firm failing to provide a specific color code — Image360 could have easily pointed the finger and left us with an unusable product for our important event. When the owner got involved, he huddled the team to brainstorm a solution. They didn’t have enough time to reprint everything but they reprinted a key item within an hour and offered to mail us the others with the updated color. They saved the day!
