I recommend that you never do a direct mail piece with this company. we found that between 6000 to 7000 of our 50,000 pieces never got mailed and were trashed by the post office because they did not clean up the mailing list properly like they told us this were going to do. They were alerted of the problem, knew of the problem and nothing was done to correct the situation. Not even a dime was credited back to us. Very poor customer service on this issue.
