Overall Feedback:
I believe these guys are in charge of creating the USPS website. Most government websites are poorly made and this one is no exception. It does not allow you to insert the proper zip code into the billing address section but fills it in for you (incorrectly). It also has a poorly made pulldown that will only select when using arrow keys to navigate (if you can get it to open at all). These bugs are incredibly obvious and should have been fixed a long time ago. The release of this product is unacceptable. I dont know if this was intentional, if they gave a bad release because they knew they were serving it to a government entity, but regardless, this is bad, and it should have been fixed before they even put it into practice.
