I moved into Southwood apartments recently and Whitney was extremely helpful in finding the right apartment for me. Very professional and thorough with all my questions. The whole process took very little time and I was moving in right away. The complex is very well maintained, nice looking and quiet.

Don’t rent from this company at all! All they want is your money and don’t care about you. We were told to vacate our lease early and now they are trying to charge us for 4 months we didn’t live there. They took our full deposit plus more. They are “SUPER SHADY” and never reply back to you when you try to contact them. I would give a zero star if I could

Just moved in at Minot Place Apartments with a work friend, and I have to say hands down the best experience from the property manager Donald Bausman. Stand up, professional, personal, down to earth and very thorough. Don has proven himself to put his tenants needs at the utmost importance of his day to day job. This apartment complex is pristine, quiet, and secure. IMM you have an amazing investment with regards to such a respectable man in Don Bausman, whom you've chosen to represent you're company on the front lines of property management. I haven't felt so at home as I have here. Thank you IMM, and a huge thanks to you Don. Keep up the great pride with how you keep things running. These units are awesome, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I am very happy with choosing this complex and management company.

We are from Texas moving to Bismarck, ND. Thought we’ll have hard time getting a place before we get to Bismarck but guess not. We found Coulee Ridge online, made a call and Marissa in the office was so great in assisting us. Had our initial process online and the day we move in, we did the paperwork and it was very quick. Our 2bed-2bath place is very nice has a deck, big rooms, lots of natural lighting from the glass door and windows, so far so good. We’re happy we signed up with Coulee Ridge.

I love our new apt!! Great price for our 2/2. Our daughter loves having her own room and bathroom:). The view is great. Location awesome. Staff very helpful and friendly. I gotta say the gym is up to date and Huge! I would and will recommend The Coulee to my friends and family.
