After leaving a brutally honest review of my experience with Immerge I received a phone call from James Carter Director of Digital Marketing at Immerge Technologies. Because of that I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1. While I respect the overhead involved in running a company such as Immerge technologies I feel that they could do a much better job in understanding the needs of their customers and in offering affordable and creative solutions to their customers problems. We feel strongly that we will receive better service for much less elsewhere.
